What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant (VA) is a professional who provides administrative, technical, or creative support to clients remotely. VAs can handle a variety of tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and more!
How can a virtual assistant help my business?
I can help you save time and increase productivity by handling routine tasks, allowing you to focus on more strategic activities. I can assist with customer service, social media management, data entry, and other responsibilities, freeing up your schedule. What services do you typically offer?
I offer a wide range of services, but my core focus is tasks that slow down small business owners. If you can think of it, I’ve either done it before or am willing to learn! The Services Page has a list of tasks that I have completed for other small business owners and individuals, but I know that every small business has unique needs, and I would love to talk with you about how we can take things off of your plate!
How do I communicate with you?
- During our initial Discovery Call, we will chat over Zoom about your business, needs, and where I can help you.
- Once you have booked a project or VA hours, you can send me a task list, or we can build one together on another zoom call.
- If you have a pressing need that comes up (forgot to make a flyer for an event next week and need it ASAP), you can use one of your Urgent Task options to get it done fast!
- As I complete your tasks, I will send you a “Task Complete” email.
- If you need revisions, or want to change your monthly task list, just send me an email or set up a call!
- About 5 days before the end of the month, you will receive an email with what has been completed, how many hours have been used, and if I’m all done and you have hours left, I will let you know so you can use them up!
How do I hire you?
There are two different ways to book my services, both of which start with a Discovery Call.
1- Book a project-based service with me (this is good for a big project, like moving your payment system to a new software, or large data entry projects). Let me know on our Discovery Call if this is something you are interested in.
2- Book a Monthly Package- Find yourself needing an extra pair of hands, but not quite enough to hire an in-person employee? Book a Monthly Package! This gives you access to however many tasks I can complete within the hours you have purchased. At the end of the month, you will receive a time sheet, so you know exactly how many hours went where. Don’t worry, on our call we will figure out what package works best for your needs and budget. My goal is that you never buy more than you need, and that I never waste time you have bought (think of this as the virtual equivalent of “time to lean, time to clean”).
How do I pay you?
As I am a 100% online business, I accept electronic payments. I accept Zelle, Paypal, and Card Payments through Stripe. I no longer accept cash or check.
Do hours in the Monthly Packages roll over?
Remember rollover minutes? Those were the days! However, hours in the monthly packages do not roll over, and this is for YOUR benefit. It would not be fair to you if another client had 45 rollover hours that they decided to use all at once, and your project got buried under a pile of their requests. To keep my workload at a level where I can provide the best service to all clients, please plan to use your hours before the last day of each month.
Is my information secure with you as my virtual assistant?
Yes, I prioritize your privacy and data security. In our initial agreement, I agree to keep all information confidential, except where you give your express permission or I am bound by law.
Can I hire a virtual assistant for a one-time project?
Absolutely! If you are looking for a one-time project to be tackled, just let me know in our initial Discovery Call, and I will quote you the price of the project.
How do I give feedback or address issues if I’m not happy with a task?
My number one priority is that you are getting things taken off your plate, and that means that when you hand me a task, you shouldn’t have to worry about it. That being said, if you receive a task that you are not happy with, I want to know! We can get on a call, or you can email me what you want changed, and I will be happy to fix it for you!
